Sea Bird Cottage has been in our family since 1892 and we are delighted to be able to share it with you.
Here's an overview of the house:
5 bedrooms; 4 upstairs and a very large master bedroom on the first floor
The master bedroom has a king bed, three upstairs bedrooms have full sized beds, and one has two twin beds
3 bathrooms, all with showers and two with baths
3 porches which nearly wrap around the entire cottage
One porch is screened and contains a large
table and benches
One porch is open with cafe tables to look over the beach grass to the ocean and islands
Another porch facing the beach is glassed-in with a large dining table and an area with plenty of comfortable seating
Large adjoined living and dining room gives plenty of room to spread out inside
The kitchen is up to date with full appliances
